These Terms of Use govern your use of the TradePace website and application. By using TradePace, you agree to use the product responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

1. The product

TradePace is a trading journal, planning, tracking and performance-analysis tool. It is designed to help users record and review their own trading information.

2. No financial advice

TradePace does not provide financial, investment, tax or trading advice. It does not recommend securities, trades or investment strategies and does not guarantee profits or returns. Trading financial markets involves risk, and users are responsible for their own decisions.

3. Free tier

The Free tier is provided with the limits and advertising/rewarded-ad conditions displayed on the TradePace website and in the current Free Guide. Limits may be enforced by the application and may change between published versions.

4. PRO

TradePace PRO provides the features, limits and access described on the product page and in the current PRO Guide for the purchased version. PRO access and payment are subject to the applicable checkout and licensing terms of the payment provider.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy when the PRO checkout is enabled. Payment, tax, refund and transaction terms presented during checkout and in the payment provider's applicable policies also apply.

6. User data

TradePace is designed to keep core journal data in the user's local application environment. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of exported data and for protecting access to their device and files.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use TradePace to break the law, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse payment, licensing or advertising systems.

8. Intellectual property

TradePace, its branding, original interface materials, documentation and related content are owned or licensed by RF Print&Design unless otherwise stated. You may use the product according to the applicable Free or PRO terms, but you may not resell, repackage or claim ownership of the TradePace product itself without permission.

9. Availability and changes

Features may change as TradePace is developed. We may update the application, website, documentation or product limits to improve the service or address technical, legal or security requirements.
